Diploma in Facial Aestethics

 

Objective

 

The world of Aesthetic Medicine has exciting and endless opportunities for medical practitioners globally. The last decade has seen unimaginable advances in the field of aesthetics and anti-aging. Keeping this in mind, the University of Genoa has designed a series of training sessions consisting of the latest innovations and advances in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Candidates will be given a detailed and thorough training in both lecture and practical formats to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to set up a successful and lucrative cosmetic practice. This will allow participants the opportunity to be distinguished in their fields and to offer their patients a holistic approach to enhancement of beauty.  

The program faculty includes internationally known experts in the field of aesthetic medicine from countries across the world. The teaching faculty is selected from members of the  University of Genova and accredited International specialists. The international training program is directed by Prof. Stefano Benedicenti and coordinated by Prof.a.c. Jihad Habli. Successful completion of the course and final examination shall be recognized by the presentation of a certificate:  

“Postgraduate Diploma in Facial Aesthetics”

and a transcript of records legalized by the Italian government providing 10 ECTS ( 250 credit hours with 72 hours of theoretical lessons and hands on, 153 hours of individual study and 25 hours of thesis preparation).

  • Types of Peels -Different classification.

  • Contraindications and Complications.  
  • How to choose peels for patients.  
  • Procedure of peels.  
  • Post Peel protocol.  
  • Mesotherapy.
  • Non-invasive/Minimally invasive.
